These terms describe what you can expect when you visit brinvik.com, use the chat agent, book a meeting, or sign a paid engagement with Brinvik. They are written in plain English and are short on purpose. If something is unclear, write to [email protected].
These terms are between you (the visitor or client) and Brinvik, operated by Kim Olsen, with registered address Brøndbytoften 11, 2605 Brøndby, Denmark. Brinvik is currently operated as a sole trader business. When the company is registered as an ApS, this section will be updated with the CVR number. Until then, the operator personally stands behind every commitment Brinvik makes.

The current offers and pricing are summarised on /pricing when published. The agent on this site discusses fit, scope, and price during a chat session. The actual contract is the engagement letter signed for a specific project. These terms govern the website and the agent itself, not the engagement letter.
By using brinvik.com, the chat gate, or the chat agent, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. You can still reach Brinvik directly at [email protected].

A chat session is identified by a UUID generated when you submit the chat gate or sign in with Google or LinkedIn. You can resume the same session from the same browser as long as the session has not been ended or expired. Conversations are retained for 30 days then deleted. You can request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected].
Brinvik retains all rights to its brand, marks, copy, code, design, and the underlying agent prompts and configuration. You retain all rights to the content you submit. Submitting a question or describing a problem does not transfer any ownership to Brinvik. Brinvik may use the substance of public conversations to improve the agent's system prompt over time, but never your name, company, or identifying details without separate consent.
Both sides may exchange non public information during a chat session, a discovery call, or a paid engagement. Brinvik treats anything you mark as confidential, or that a reasonable person would consider commercially sensitive, as confidential. Brinvik does not publish client names, conversation contents, or commercial details of an engagement without explicit written consent. If you need a signed mutual NDA before the discovery call, ask during the chat or by email and we will send a one page version.
The chat agent gives professional opinions, recommendations, and rough estimates. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, regulatory, or specialist technical advice. Brinvik does not guarantee that any specific Claude deployment will achieve any specific business outcome. Guidance shared during a chat or discovery call is given in good faith based on the information available at the time.
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Brinvik's total liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or the chat agent is limited to 1,000 DKK. For paid engagements, liability is governed by the engagement letter and capped at the fees paid for that specific engagement. Brinvik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, regardless of the legal theory. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
brinvik.com is hosted on Vercel. The site is provided on a best effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance, third party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, Anthropic, HubSpot, Slack), and rate limiting protections may make the chat gate or chat agent temporarily unavailable. If the agent is down when you need it, write to [email protected].
How Brinvik handles personal data is described in the Privacy policy. The cookie consent banner on first visit lets you decide which cookies and analytics calls run. The GDPR rights page lists the rights you can exercise.
Brinvik may update these terms when the underlying processing changes, when a regulator requires it, or when the offer set changes substantively. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be noted on the chat gate for 30 days after they take effect. Continued use of brinvik.com after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Danish law, excluding its conflict of law rules. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Copenhagen City Court (København Byret), unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your home country require otherwise.
