Pricing
Per-employee waterfall. Each tier applies only to the employees in that range.
Five-employee minimum (€2,010 floor).
Applied only to employees 10 through 19.
Applied to every employee from 20 and above.
Worked example: 12 employees = 9 × €395 + 3 × €325 = €4,530 total.

Both work. Remote is the default and saves a travel line item. On-site within Copenhagen at no extra cost. Anywhere else in the Nordics, I add travel at cost.
