About Brinvik.
Kim Olsen, solo. RevOps background, reduced sales cycle from 90 to 15 days at a previous role. Copenhagen-based. Other ventures (SHOK.COMPANY, kim-olsen.com) demonstrate the approach.
Focus produces depth. One client at a time means one person owns the outcome. Scaling teams scales overhead and reduces craft.
No. Brinvik is a deployment specialist. Anthropic sells Claude. Brinvik builds with it.
AI and Claude.
For serious B2B work I build on Claude because its reasoning holds up on long, multi-step tasks and it follows instructions closely, which matters when an agent talks to your customers or touches your CRM. ChatGPT is a capable product too; Brinvik is a Claude specialist by choice, so you get depth in one model instead of a shallow pass across several. If Claude is the wrong fit for your case, I will say so.
Start with a working session on real tasks, not a lecture. Brinvik runs an AI workshop built around the 4Ds where your team uses Claude on their own work until it sticks. AI literacy is also a legal point now: the EU AI Act expects staff who use AI to understand what it does and where its limits are, so a short structured workshop covers both the skill and the obligation.
Yes. That size is a strong fit: big enough to have repetitive work worth automating, still small enough that one specialist can map a workflow and ship without a long procurement cycle. Whether it is a website agent, internal Claude tools, or a workshop for the whole team, the engagement is scoped to what your size actually needs.
Engagements.
A 30-minute intake (free), then a €670 Audit, then a fixed-scope project or retainer. Audit fee credits against the engagement.
Three to eight weeks for projects depending on scope. Retainers are three-month minimum, monthly thereafter.
You do. Documentation, admin access, and runbooks all transferred. Brinvik does not maintain a dependency.
Pricing.
Fixed price aligns incentives. Hourly rewards slow work. Fixed scope rewards efficient outcomes.
We discuss it during the intake. Custom scopes are possible. Anything below Starter (€4,025) is probably better served by the Audit alone or by the workshop.
Two things keep the cost down: how you run AI, and what you pay a consultant. First, set it up right. Get your folder structure and context organized, build your rules into the setup, then run the work through the 4D framework so the output is correct the first time and something you can stand behind. That cuts the rework and wasted runs that quietly drive usage cost up. Second, Brinvik works on fixed price with no meter running: the cheapest entry is the €670 audit or the chat agent, and you scale to a project or retainer only once the payback is clear.
Security and compliance.
EU only. Supabase EU region, HubSpot EU residency, Cloudflare EU edge, Anthropic EU API endpoint. No transfers outside the EU.
Yes. Standard DPA template available on request. Reviewed by your legal team before any data flows.
Email [email protected]. Data deleted within 30 days per GDPR. Confirmation provided in writing.
Keep the data in the EU and keep a human in the loop. Claude can run entirely in EU regions, through the Anthropic EU endpoint or via AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex in Europe, and Brinvik keeps everything else (Supabase, HubSpot) in the EU, so personal data never leaves the bloc. A signed DPA, a clear lawful basis, and a 30-day deletion path complete the picture.
Tools and integrations.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion, Slack, Calendly, Brevo, Make, Supabase. Most B2B SaaS stacks. If your stack is different, we discuss it during the audit.
Yes, if it’s one of the above. If you use something else, we evaluate compatibility during the audit.
We evaluate. Often the right answer is to migrate to a modern stack first, then deploy Claude. Brinvik can advise on that decision but doesn’t do migration projects.
Nordic market.
Not exclusively, but preferentially. Nordic B2B SaaS is the primary ICP because of language fluency, legal proximity (Danish ApS structure), and time-zone overlap. I take non-Nordic clients case by case.
Yes. Native Danish, fluent English. Engagements run in either language. Documentation is typically in English for portability across teams.
Post-engagement.
You operate the system. Documentation and runbooks are yours. Brinvik is available on retainer for ongoing optimization or new deployments.
Yes. Most clients do. The audit is reused; the retainer starts the month after the project closes.
