What your team walks away with

Your team leaves able to use AI with judgment: what to hand to it, how to describe the work, how to tell good output from bad, and how to stay accountable for what ships. Most teams that buy AI seats stop at the chat window and never get there. Prompt tricks also go stale with every model release, but the habits underneath them last. An AI workshop should teach those habits, and your people keep them.

How the workshop runs

It runs on Anthropic's AI fluency framework: four habits, Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence. We work them in two hands-on loops, Delegation with Diligence and Description with Discernment, on your team's real tasks, not made-up cases. I don't lecture; I sit beside the work, and everyone keeps a decision log, so you can see the judgment, not just the output.

Office hours. The questions that only show up once AI is in the daily work.

Week 4

Outcome review. Hours saved. What changed. What ships next.

When this is right

A fit when

  • Five or more knowledge workers with real workflows to optimize.
  • Leadership ready to make AI part of how the team runs.
  • You want the team using AI well, not just licensed.

Probably not when

  • Solo operators. The economics break below five seats.
  • Teams already fluent and running custom AI workflows. Internal Claude fits better.
  • Organizations needing custom integrations as the first step. Internal Claude or Website Agent fit better.

FAQ

How do I train my team to use AI?

Start with an AI workshop that teaches judgment, not prompt tricks. I run hands-on sessions on Anthropic's AI fluency framework, the four habits of Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence, all on your team's real work. You leave with decision logs, a playbook, and a starter AI policy drafted from your own decisions.

What does the EU AI Act mean for AI training?

The EU AI Act expects companies that use AI to make sure their people understand it. An AI workshop is a direct way to build that AI literacy across the team, and you walk away with a starter AI policy drafted from your own work, not a template in a drawer. It is training your staff actually use.

that sticks.

Tell me who needs to get fluent. I'll scope a workshop that gets your team using AI with judgment on real work, not just in chat. Either way, you leave with a plan.
