Claude, deployed inside your team.
I audit how your team works, then build the projects, skills, and integrations that remove repetitive work.
The hours you get back
Your team gets 10 to 20 hours a week back from repetitive work: lead qualification, meeting prep, summary writing, drafts, research. I build internal AI tools on Claude that do those jobs inside your existing workflow, so the work still ships and your people stop doing it by hand. Most off-the-shelf AI misses your context or sits outside the tools where the work happens. Claude in the loop does not.
How I work
A five-stage method: Intake, Audit, Design, Deploy, Handoff. The audit is the gating step. I document where Claude removes the most repetitive work before I commit to scope and price. If there's no good fit, I say so. The audit fee is credited against any project that follows, and you keep the written assessment either way.
What's included
- 01Custom Claude projects with shared context
Built around how your team actually works, not a generic template.
- 02Skills tailored to your specific workflows
The repetitive tasks identified in the audit, codified as skills.
- 03Integrations with your existing tools
HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, whatever your stack already runs.
- 04Team training session
A working hour with the team members who will use the system day to day.
- 05Documented playbook for ongoing use
Written down so the system survives turnover and grows with you.
- 0630-day handoff support
After deploy, I'm available to fix what surfaces in the first month of real use.
Timeline
I map how your team works and find where Claude removes the most repetitive work.
The specific Claude system: project structure, skills, integrations, success metrics.
I build, integrate, and validate against the metrics.
Training, documentation, ownership transferred.
When this is right
A fit when
- B2B SaaS, telemarketing, or professional services team of roughly 5 to 50 people.
- Decision-maker is the founder, COO, or head of operations.
- Budget from €7,381 and willing to commit 4–6 hours a week of internal time during the build.
Probably not when
- Pre-revenue or under five knowledge workers. Start with the AI workshop instead.
- Regulated air-gapped environments. Healthcare and defense need different vendors.
- Multi-vendor AI strategies. Brinvik is Claude-only by design.
- Procurement cycles over 60 days.
Pricing
Internal AI tools are typically Project Core, from €7,381. Larger scopes move to Project Full. The audit (€670, one week) is the first step and is credited against the project fee if you proceed.

How do I reduce repetitive work with AI?
Start by finding where the hours actually go: lead qualification, meeting prep, summaries, drafts, research. I audit your team's workflow, then build internal AI tools on Claude that handle those repetitive jobs inside the tools you already use, like HubSpot, Notion, and Slack. Your people keep the judgment; Claude takes the repetitive load.
Only what you choose to put in front of it. We work with your team to define context boundaries up front. Data stays in your systems unless you explicitly route it through.
You own the prompts, the projects, the skills, the playbook, and the integrations. No lock-in. A retainer is available if you want ongoing tuning, but it's opt-in.
An AI engineer builds capacity over months and is then permanent overhead. Brinvik gets you to a working system in 4–6 weeks for a fixed price. If you want a permanent hire afterwards, the playbook gives them a strong starting point.
Adoption is part of the audit. If the team isn't ready, I say so. The audit fee is the cheapest way to find that out, and it's credited against the engagement either way.

Tell me what your team does over and over. The audit finds where Claude removes the most repetitive work, with a fixed-price quote you can act on or walk away from.
