How I work.

A practice of one. A method of five.

Intake

A short call. We decide together whether Brinvik is the right fit before either of us invests a week. Usually starts on brinvik.com via the agent.

What I deliver
  • A clear yes/no on next steps.
  • A one-paragraph summary of what we discussed.

Audit

I map your current workflow, identify the highest-leverage Claude deployment, and produce a written assessment with scope, timeline, and price for the full engagement. Audit fee is credited against any project that follows.

What I deliver
  • A documented opportunity map.
  • Proposed scope, timeline, and price for the engagement.
  • A fixed-price quote you can act on or walk away from.

Design

I design the specific Claude deployment: project structure, skills, integrations, data flow, success metrics. Reviewed with you before any building starts.

What I deliver
  • Buildable specification with system prompts, tool schemas, integration plan.
  • Success metrics agreed in writing.

Deploy

I build the system, integrate it with your stack (HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Calendly), and validate it against the success metrics from Design.

What I deliver
  • Working Claude deployment in your environment.
  • Validation against the agreed metrics.

Handoff

I train your team, document the system, and turn over admin access. After handoff you can either operate independently or move into a Retainer.

What I deliver
  • Trained team, documented playbook, admin access transferred.
  • Optional Retainer for ongoing optimization.

Retainer (optional).

Ongoing optimization, new deployments, monthly review. For teams that have decided Claude is part of how they run. Detailed on the Retainer service page.

What I deliver
  • Monthly review with quantified outcomes.
  • Continuous skill optimization.
  • Priority access for new deployments.

What I don't do.

  • Custom LLM training. Brinvik works with Claude as a deployed product, not as a training base.
  • Multi-vendor AI strategies. The studio is Claude-only by design. That focus is the moat.
  • Regulated air-gapped environments. Healthcare and defense need different vendors.
  • Procurement cycles over 60 days. I work with founders and operators who can decide.
  • Engagements below the audit floor. Without an audit there's no fixed-price quote.

No logos. The tools I use don't make the work better. The work makes the tools earn their keep.

Why Claude.

Focus produces depth. Multi-model is the consultant's hedge against having a thesis. Brinvik is a thesis: Claude's reasoning quality and the way it behaves with serious B2B work make it the right model for businesses that want one.

That focus shows up in the work. I know what Claude is good at and what it isn't. I know which integrations matter. The studio doesn't spend half the engagement deciding which model to use. The focus is the moat.

A 30-minute
call decides it.

Tell me what you're trying to ship. If Brinvik is the right shop, I'll say so. If not, I'll tell you where to go. Either way, you leave with a plan.
