It depends on scope, but Brinvik prices the whole engagement up front, so you are never billed by the hour. Most work starts with a one-week audit at €670, credited against any project that follows. Fixed-price projects run from €4,025 to €10,066, retainers from €1,610 per month, and team workshops are priced per employee. You see the full number before you commit.
Fixed price puts the risk on me, where it belongs. You get a clear scope, a clear price, and a clear outcome. Hourly billing rewards inefficiency.

No, but the practice is built around companies of 5 to 80 people in Denmark and the rest of the Nordics, in Danish or English. If your team fits the size and the time zone works, I can talk to you wherever you are.
Per-employee waterfall. The first nine employees are €395 each, with a five-employee minimum (so the floor is €2,010). Employees ten through nineteen are €325 each. From twenty employees and above, the rate is €265 per employee. Each tier applies only to the employees in that range.

Invoices are issued in DKK ex VAT. The EUR prices on this page use a fixed quarterly rate of 7.45 DKK to 1 EUR. So a €4,025 project is invoiced at 29,995 DKK.
