The €670 fee is credited against any project that follows, so the audit is really the first step of the work, not a separate cost. It is the cheapest way to find out whether Brinvik is the right fit.
Founding cohort.
The first five Brinvik clients get 30% off the project fee, in exchange for a written case study and a reference call. The audit fee is unchanged at €670 and still credited against the engagement; founding clients simply get the discount on the project price.

Fixed-price projects run from €4,025 to €10,066, retainers from €1,610 per month, and team workshops are priced per employee. You see the full number before you commit.

No, but the audit fee is credited against any project that follows. If the audit decides there’s no good fit, you keep the documented assessment and walk away.
Brinvik's focus is Nordic B2B SaaS, plus telemarketing and professional services where the geography is open. I can talk to anyone who fits, but the practice is built around teams in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.
Per-employee waterfall. The first nine employees are €395 each, with a five-employee minimum (so the floor is €2,010). Employees ten through nineteen are €325 each. From twenty employees and above, the rate is €265 per employee. Each tier applies only to the employees in that range.
