The problem I set out to solve

Most AI products bolt agents onto existing software. SHOK starts from a different question: what does a business look like when the agents are the product, not a feature? The studio framework treats every venture as agent-native from day one, which changes the economics, the team shape, and the operating cadence.

What I built

  • A venture studio framework with shared operating principles applied across every venture.
  • Agent-native operations: the agents are the product, not a feature bolted onto existing software.
  • A growing roster of ventures, each with its own ICP, distribution, and unit economics.
  • A venture screening framework using Priority Score = (Impact × Confidence × Alignment) ÷ Effort.
  • An LTV:CAC 3:1 minimum gate before any venture moves from Optimize to Scale.
  • Monthly Scale / Optimize / Sunset decisions on every active venture.

How I built it

Four operating principles run across every SHOK venture: distribution before product, sell before you build, productize ruthlessly, and build for sale from day one. The principles are not aspirational. They gate every Scale decision the studio makes each month. A venture that cannot show distribution before its first product release gets paused. A venture that cannot productize a service motion within two months gets sunset.

What I learned

  1. 01

Agent-native businesses need different unit economics than SaaS. The cost curve is closer to operating a network than running a product team.

  2. 02

The friction shifts from building to distributing. Once the studio could ship a working product in a week, the bottleneck moved entirely to channel development.

  3. 03

The studio model scales faster than single-product. One operator can supervise three or four ventures concurrently when the agents handle the operating cadence.

A 30-minute
call decides it.

Tell me what you're trying to ship. If Brinvik is the right shop, I'll say so. If not, I'll tell you where to go. Either way, you leave with a plan.
