Who it is for.
Solo founders, consultants, freelancers and small teams who use Claude, or who are just getting started with it. If you have ever opened your bank app to work out whether you can afford something, this is built for you. It is Claude for business at the smallest useful size: one page, your numbers, no new subscription.

Add the skill to Claude
Download the skill and add it in Claude under Customize, then Skills. The setup guide on GitHub shows the screen.

Say "set up my business runway"
That is the whole instruction. Claude takes it from there and asks you what it needs.

Claude asks clickable questions. You type your numbers once, and Claude fills in the page for you.

Is it free?
Yes. The kit is free and the code is MIT licensed on GitHub. There is nothing to buy, and no Brinvik account to create.
Do I need Claude Pro?
No. Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise get the smoothest route, where Claude publishes a private artifact and keeps it updated for you. On the free plan Claude publishes the page, or you open the HTML file in your browser, and you import a file Claude gives you.
Where is my data stored?
In your own Claude account, or in your own browser. Nothing you type is sent to Brinvik, and the demo on this page stores nothing anywhere.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It is a planning tool, not bookkeeping and not tax advice. What it does is show you what your own numbers imply, so the question you bring your accountant is a sharper one.
How long does setup really take?
About 10 minutes, most of it spent finding your figures rather than doing anything technical. You add the skill, say "set up my business runway", and answer what Claude asks.
